Mom's rating: 5.0 wands Mom's Review:This is a book that really is good for all ages. It has enough suspense and depth to hold the attention of teens and adults, yet it isn't overly violent or frightening like some modern fantasy. There is a mythic quality to it, and a sense of being caught up in a larger struggle, which is only dimly glimpsed in this book but is more fully realized in the remaining books in the series. Highly recommended.
