Mom's rating: 5.0 wands Mom's Review:From the first page, I fell in love with this book. J.K. Rowling draws you into this incredibly rich story and you don't want to leave. The beauty of it is that you can really believe there is a whole wizarding world lurking in and around our ordinary, "muggle" world. The characters and the settings seem so real, brought to life by Rowling's wizardry with words. The story is exciting and hard to put down. Some of the scenes may be too intense for younger or highly sensitive children; as always parents should use their own judgement.
