I came across this interesting interview with Jonathan Stroud, author of the Bartimaeus Trilogy. It does give away a little bit about the third book, Ptolemy's Gate, but there's no big spoilers. He talks about the ending of the book in a general way, without going into details, so if you don't want even that much information, don't read the article.
