Spirithunter, to follow someone you just click on the "Follow" button under their name. Then, anytime they post an update, it shows up on your Twitter home page. But Twitter is most useful if you download a program to your computer, or a browser add-in, or sign up your phone to get the tweets. That way you get everyone's updates automatically and don't have to keep going to the Twitter web site to see them.
