Whoever my dad's cheering for, but I haven't asked him yet, so I don't know. My family eats Superbowl-food and we all hang out together on the couch, so I really look forward to it, even if I'm not a huge sports person =D

its easier to understand i guess if you've played football,and understand the work and emotions that go into it,and how hard it is to actually get as far as the superbowl, which most girls havent. it also about competition though, so as a competitive person, i love watching two teams going to at to see who will come out on top. playing is always better though.

For me, it isn't sports in general - I just don't really like watching sports on TV. Even soccer, which is a sport I love, I can't watch it on TV without getting really distracted, lol XD

Coal: Even I would agree that football is less boring than baseball, but that’s kind of like saying watching grass grow is less boring than watching paint dry. In football, they all line up, trot a few feet & all fall down, get up & do it again, get up & do it again... with an occasional long sprint ending in a funky dance.
I can’t make up a description of baseball that is even that interesting…zzzzzz.

And hey, Mr. sexist remark – if you’d lived in Oklahoma (& be glad you haven’t), you’d know there are LOTS of women/girls who are huge football fans. One local bank even had a commercial showing a bride at the alter with an ear bud in one ear so she could listen to an OU game. It didn’t seem like fantasy to me.
